Ryan Rodeback, 13, of Champlin received his Eagle award from the Boy Scouts of America in a Court of Honor Eagle ceremony Nov. 28 in a ceremony at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brooklyn Park. His parents are Anita and Dan Rodeback of Champlin.
